These industrial self-priming pumps are constructed of rugged class 30 case iron and designed for the most demanding applications. The dynamic flow relationship between the volute and the 5- vane type impeller provides the high volumetric and hydraulic efficiencies unattainable with other self-priming pump designs. 3", 4" and 6" pumps exhibit minimal wear in a wide variety of industrial applications, adding to overall product reliability and everyday savings on operation. These dependable industrial pumps offer capacities to 1875 GPM and heads to 156 ft.

Design Advantages

N/A

Design assures optimum performance, quick maintenance and less downtime.

      (1) Patented, external impeller adjustment allows fast, external adjustment of clearance between impeller and wear surface of volute without dismantling the pump.
      (2) Patented round, open-type case with full cover design provides ease of access for inspection or replacement of impeller, volute, seal plate and mechanical seal - without disconnecting the driver.
    High-efficiency, quality and reliability
      (3) Hardened alloy steel seal plate resists erosion, corrosion and wear.
      (4) The optimum hydraulic design of the volute creates most efficient flow characteristics. It is easily replaced or adjusted to assure close tolerance to the impeller for peak performance.
      (5) The 5-vane type impeller passes solids up to one fourth of the diameter of the suction port. Rear shroud blades reduce pressure on seal and help eliminate build up of foreign materials.
      (6) Reliable, commercial available type 21 mechanical seal with self-feeding grease lubricator to ensure long life and continued operation.
      (7) Slinger and separate bearing chamber design prevent liquid contamination of bearings in event of seal failure. These safeguards reduce bearing failure and pump damage.
      (8) All components are machined with registered fits to ensure proper assembly, fit and performance. Tolerances are easily maintained.
Additional features ensuring more value for your pump dollar
      (9) Check valve with a sturdy all-metal hinge is standard. (Pump will also prime without check valve.)
      (10) Extra-heavy, high-carbon steel shaft offers wear resistance and protection against fatigue, stress and corrosion for long operating life.
      (11) To properly absorb thrust and radial loads, the pedestal has been designed with adequately spaced, heavy-duty ball bearings. Bearings are automatically oil or grease lubricated.
      (12) Suction and discharge connections are standard ANSI flanges with drilled and tapped fittings for installation of vacuum and pressure gauges.
