    Solids handling and industrial model pumps are available in a variety of engine-driven designs and feature several operating advantages. They offer portability in work environments where electrical supply sources are not available, and provide reliable, continued performance in power outage situations. Because of their proven performance, Barnes engine driven pumps are the preferred equipment for construction, utility and agricultural industries. Applications include dewatering, irrigation, water treatment, bypass systems and transfer pumping. Barnes engine-driven pumps are available in a wide variety of models with capacities to 264,000 GPH and heads to 200 ft. Many units are also Contractor Pump Bureau (CPB) rated.

    An economical pump for circulation or transfer service, 1 1/2", 2" and 3" industrial pumps are available in class 30 cast iron or 316 stainless steel construction. The cast iron models offer abrasive wear-resistance due to erosion, and maximum strength for heavy- duty applications. The stainless steel units are ideally suited for corrosive liquid applications, making them the cost-effective choice for moving liquids rated from 4 to 14 on the pH scale. These pumps are suitable for engine, electric motor or hydraulic drives, with capacities to 400 GPM and with total dynamic heads to 184 ft.

    These industrial self-priming pumps are constructed of rugged class 30 case iron and designed for the most demanding applications. The dynamic flow relationship between the volute and the 5- vane type impeller provides the high volumetric and hydraulic efficiencies unattainable with other self-priming pump designs. 3", 4" and 6" pumps exhibit minimal wear in a wide variety of industrial applications, adding to overall product reliability and everyday savings on operation. These dependable industrial pumps offer capacities to 1875 GPM and heads to 156 ft.

    A good choice for marine as well as municipal and industrial applications, these close-coupled electric drive pumps are avail-able in five models. Features include: rugged class 30 cast iron construction; open trash-type impellers; stainless steel pump shafts with carbon/ceramic mechanical seal faces; and NPT female suction/ discharge ports. NEMA L single phase and NEMA B three phase motors are offered in 1-1/2 hp thru 15 hp sizes. Standard motors for 2" and 3" pumps meet design criteria for Marine Duty per USCG259 and AIEEE-45, 50°C ambient. Capacities to 400 GPM and heads to 188 ft.
